Mike's Meals is your local meal prep service delivering fresh meals to the Roanoke and Salem areas. With a constantly changing menu, you'll be sure to find something that satisfies. 

Menus are released Wednesday, order by noon Friday, and meals are delivered Monday around lunchtime.

Catering and Holiday Offerings are also available to help take the stresses of hosting off your shoulders.
