Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation (washing, peeling, chopping vegetables; portioning ingredients).

Follow food safety protocols and kitchen procedures.

Wash dishes and maintain a clean, organized dish area.

Clean prep stations, counters, and kitchen equipment after shifts.

Receive and store deliveries as needed.

Work closely with staff to ensure smooth meal production.
Requirements:

Basic kitchen experience (home or professional).

Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Must be reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Schedule:

Saturdays for meal prep. Option to pick up shifts for catering throughout the week as events come up.

6–10 hours per week, with potential to grow.
